My mission is to help you shift subconscious patterns, find your alignment, and step into a life of clarity, ease, and empowerment.
LIL BIT MOREWith a background in somatics, conscious language, breathwork, and energy work, I weave science and spirit to create rapid, lasting transformation. I am currently pursuing a PhD in Language of Empowerment and have studied Incan Shamanism, Quantum Healing, and various embodiment practices. In the last 15 years, as a speaker, somatics coach, ceremonialist, and founder of SpiritCrowns, Witness Sisterhood, The Goddess Temple Denver, and other transformative spaces, I have dedicated my life to guiding others toward deep self-awareness, radical self-approval, and personal liberation.
