ABOUT ME
MY STORY
Since 2010, I’ve been on a deeply personal journey of healing and awakening. Along the way, I’ve moved through the shadows of abuse, domestic violence, addiction, depression, eating disorders, dissociation, rape trauma, and chronic fight-or-flight. I’ve faced down experiences that left me feeling disconnected from my body, gripped by fear, overwhelmed by emotion, and caught in cycles of codependency, scarcity, insecurity, complaining, and self-doubt.
I’ve lived the struggle—and I’ve done the work to reclaim my wholeness.
What I’ve discovered is that true healing doesn’t come from fixing what’s broken—it comes from remembering what’s true.
Through my own transformation, I’ve learned how to alchemize pain into power, to dissolve the unconscious patterns that kept me stuck, and to live from a place of clarity, sovereignty, and deep connection to self. This lived experience is the heart of what I bring to every session.
Me, Miguel, and Peter during our wedding ceremony
As time went on, the weight of emotional pain in our home became heavier. My parents’ relationship deteriorated, and my father developed serious health issues. Both turned to substances in an attempt to numb their pain, and with that came violence, chaos, and police visits that became part of our norm. Eventually, both parents required inpatient treatment, and after their divorce, my sisters and I were separated from them, living for a time with relatives.
We were young girls navigating adult realities. And while it was a painful chapter, it shaped me in profound ways. I developed resilience, resourcefulness, and a deep understanding of emotional complexity. My mother’s suffering awakened in me a powerful drive to heal and lead. That season of life carved the foundation for the woman—and coach—I am today. And for all of it, I’ve finally found my gratitude.
I moved to Colorado in 2019, just before COVID. From then until 2024 I was Executive Director of a 9,500 sqft retreat center on 145 acres near the front range, 45 minutes from Denver connected to art, nature, heart, and awakening the childlike spirit of play within. I directed large-scale art installations, off-grid micro festivals of up to 300 people, a staff of 26, a gallery of local artists, sales, retreat facilitators, multiple renovations, and countless community focused connective events. I founded the Witness Sisterhood retreat series and nonprofit as well as the Goddess Temple Denver. I got married in May of 2024 to my love Miguel, who I met at Burning Man in 2019. I love spending time creating in the SpiritCrowns studio and folding paper planes with my son Peter. I recently wrote four articles for the European Scientific Journal on Quantum Leap Technique. I do commissioned paintings of AI portraits, spirit animals, pet portraits, and run another business creating channelled adornments called SpiritCrowns to celebrate rites of passage and a return sacred ornamentation, tribal living, and radical expression of your favorite self. My pastimes are laughing with friends, gardening, keeping bees, exploring the world, and reading in the bathtub.
If I can walk in victory, you can too.
I grew up in a home shaped by both beauty and hardship. My mother, a gifted landscape architect, created a magical world for my sisters and me—a flower garden alive with butterflies, a fish pond full of wonder, and endless hours of imaginative play. We built fairy huts from bamboo, caught salamanders, and created entire worlds from our backyard.
But behind that beauty lived a deeper complexity. My mother battled bipolar depression brought on by profound loss, and as a child, I often found her unable to get out of bed. I carried a quiet heartbreak over her disconnection from life—believing for years that if I just tried hard enough, I could bring her joy.
