“The team culture was the magic. We didn’t just work—we lived in ceremony, in creation, in care.”

A Communal Dream Brought to Life

Living the Vision

Up to 20 people lived on-site throughout the seasons—artists, builders, caretakers, and visionaries—turning intention into form, day by day. This wasn’t just a project; it was a way of life.

Culture of Care
Shared meals. Daily wellness rituals. Ceremonies under the stars.
Our work was our practice—woven with purpose, kindness, and creativity.

Built During a Time of Isolation

In a world shut down by COVID, Everland became a rare container for togetherness. While others were apart, we built something… together.

More Than a Team

Roles included site ops, hospitality, wellness, creative, and admin

They were the heart and hands of Everland—those who believed in the mission enough to give their time, energy, and whole selves. From seasoned advisors to fresh volunteers, they shaped the soul of the land.

Legacy and Wins:

Sanctuary of the Inner Compass hosted 3 years of retreats, events, and workshops, welcoming hundreds of guests in a fully renovated 9,500 sq ft center.

Kickstarter success during COVID rallied widespread support and funded major installations.

16 immersive art installations came to life—swings in the woods, land mandalas, and glowing portals that invited interaction and awe.

15 acres of fire mitigation, eco-upgrades, and a professional Forest Management Plan reflected our stewardship.

4 full permitting submissions, 250+ pages, and coordination with 10+ agencies showed our commitment to doing it right.

Departmental approvals included wastewater systems, compost toilets, forest access, emergency planning, and structural compliance.

Ripple Effect

Guests called Everland “life-changing,” a place for healing, wonder, and a return to self.

Volunteers gave above and beyond, with one sharing “these were some of the best days of my life.”

Kids learned forest care, adults reconnected with play, artists found inspiration.

New projects were born, sparked by Everland’s example—from art parks to land sanctuaries.

Everland became a blueprint for those dreaming of creative, nature-rooted, value-driven spaces.

Everland’s Legacy

Everland may have closed its gates, but the hearts it opened, the ideas it inspired, and the community it cultivated continue to ripple outward.

Though the physical project has come to a close, its essence lives on:

• In the communities that gathered and the art that awakened hearts

• In those who walked its trails and remembered who they are

• In the blueprint it left behind—for building with values, vision, and connection

Everland was proof that wild dreams are worth chasing—and even if they evolve or end, they leave a lasting mark.

This is not the end—it’s an offering.

The dreamers, the doers, the visionaries will always find a way. Everland will live on in all of us.
